- Identify potentially responsible parties and historical insurance assets and develop strategies to recover investigation and cleanup costs
- Negotiate purchase and sale contracts relating to Brownfield sites
- Work with agencies to negotiate immunity for bona fide purchasers, innocent landowners, and continguous property owners under the California Land Reuse and Revitalization Act ("CLRRA")
